Vitamins from our formulary FREE of charge with your visit.

Whether you are calcium deficient or you need a good starter multi-vitamin, Omega III, or other similar product, because you are part of this option you will receive these free during your visit. No need to make a separate run to the pharmacy and purchase them. Vitamins and supplements are often overlooked, but we believe they are important and can provide a complete list of those available with your plan.

From mumps, measles and rubella to a flu shot, MyPreference™ wants to give you some peace of mind. When you come to your visit and you need common vaccinations like a B12 shot, Hepatitis A, VariVax, or IPV, WellCraft Health™ provides those and others as part of your service. Lab Work completed in office is included FREE with your visit.

WellCraft Health™ will provide certain common lab work on site, including A1C for diabetic Diagnostics, and a basic metabolic panel, for example. We also have other lab tests like urine culture to determine infections, an Obstetric panel, and tests for various toxins. By using your MyPreference™ option, you can avoid added expense or scheduling additional days off to complete your medical review.

Diagnostic Testing when medically indicated can be included FREE with your visit.

If the doctor determines an electro-cardiogram would be beneficial, WellCraft Health™ will provide this service at our clinic at no added charge. Other diagnostics, such as pulmonary tests, can be completed in-house as well.
