She has more than thirty years of intensive experience with clinical medicine, hospital-bound care, and was the Medical Services Director for more than five long-term care and assisted living facilities.

When you are part of our practice you get the attention of Dr. Rupe even when you aren’t in our office. That is why WellCraft Health™ has a personal patient portal online, with private access to Dr. Rupe’s email.

Nurse Triage Call Service

In case you have a question at any odd hour, on holidays, or vacations, WellCraft Health™ offers a nurse triage call service as part of your MyPreference™ plan. You can call any time with questions to determine if you are having an actual emergency or if there is a simpler solution for your medical need.

Private Patient Access

Dr. Carol Rupe will supply all MyPreference™ patients with a personal cellphone number to call in case of emergency. For those times when you know you need her expertise, she will be there for you.

Online Medical Visits

Sometimes your needs are very simple and do not require an active clinical office visit. Sometimes, you feel too sick to come in. WellCraft Health's MyPreference™ program has implemented a video conference capability for your comfort and convenience.

Medical Advocacy

Patients may sometimes need a qualified advocate in their corner to make sure they are receiving the care and benefits they deserve. As part of the MyPreference™ program, Dr. Carol Rupe will be your personal and private family physician, advocating for you in cases where medical insurance coverage is being withheld, or in the case of Medicare denial. She has worked within the "system" for decades and will try her best to help you obtain the appropriate medical care you need.

For those without health insurance, Dr. Rupe and her staff are actively working to building relationships with other medical service providers and organizations to help with prescription and specialty care expenses.
